由於國鐵工會在10月31日會有罷工, 葡萄牙國鐵 (CP)宣布在10月31日, 全國所有火車班次會受影響, 會有班次縮減, 鐵路公司不會提供其他交通工具作替代。

所以受影響的搭客, 可以盡快在罷工結束後的10日內帶同你已購買的31/10火車票到火車站或以網上表格退全票或免費更改出發日期, (根據葡萄牙國鐵官網宣布)。 如你是在官網訂火車票的, 應當也會收到他們發電郵通知的。

Due to a strike arranged by trade union organisations from Infraestruturas de Portugal, CP announces there will be cuts in all provided services on October 31. CP will not provide alternative transportation.

Customers who have purchased train tickets for Alfa Pendular, Intercidades, InterRegional, Regional and Celta services can ask for a full refund or re-issuance of the purchased ticket, free of charge. These claims must be presented in ticket offices or through the contact form, until 10 days after the end of the strike. (cited from Official CP website)
