辛特拉是好多第一趟到葡萄牙旅遊的人的必去之處，個別景區人多得很，如果只得一天時間在Sintra，要如何安排好呢？趁有一點時間，我歸納有些讀者近日的提問，簡單說自己的個人建議：

1) Pena Palace和 Quinta da Regaleira是最熱門參觀景點，如果你不想在烈日之下在門外排隊（往往排超過一小時），強烈建議你先網上買好門票；

2) 上網購買入場門票（官網、Klook或其他網站都有），小心格價和網站聲譽，官網預訂肯定最安心，但價格可能沒那麼具競爭力。官網買票時必須要定好入場日期和時間，預購三天前門票有優惠，留意不要遲到入場，另要看清楚購買條款的所有限制，非常重要；

3) Quinta da Regaleira有獨立官網，Sintra官網是買不到門票。有些旅遊門票預購網站例如Klook有不同組合選擇，按自己需要去買。

4) 如果你有幾位朋友同遊 Sintra，建議直接從里斯本搭Uber/Bolt來Sintra你想去的景區，例如 Pena Palace：一來直接簡單，二來價格很划算，比起從里斯本坐火車到 Sintra火車站，然後再坐434之類公車去景區，方便快捷得多。

5) 可以的話，不要自己開車去Sintra，那邊的泊車問題令人非常煩腦（本人試過，有和讀者閒聊時談起，他們也有如此經驗）。如果有幾位旅伴或是一家大小，可考慮包車。

6) Sintra的景區人潮最多是 Pena Palace和 Quinta da Regaleira，想避開最繁忙時段，可考慮一朝早，或者下午較後時間入場。注：如在冬天時去參觀，反而不要太早，因早上經常還有霧，會影響觀賞和拍照。

7) 一天之內要去兩個景區，再想去羅卡角看日落，比較辛苦，但不是沒可能，一定要安排得好，靠公車做交通工具的話，建議從羅卡角回里斯本要小心公車時間，有需要的話搭 Uber/Bolt。

上星期在葡萄牙語/葡萄牙旅遊分享會上, 跟在場朋友談到辛特拉的旅遊資料。 辛特拉是來葡旅遊的重點旅遊城鎮之一, 所以先收集好相關資料, 會對旅遊幫助很大。

 從里斯本的 Rossio Train Station (葡萄牙語 Estação de Caminhos de Ferro do Rossio), 每天有很多火車班次來往里斯本和辛特拉, 直達火車的行車時間通常大約是40分鐘。要注意, 周末和假期, 直達火車的班次可能會有所減少。

到達火車站後, 可見到站內有 "ask me Sintra" 的旅遊資詢中心, 可拿取地圖和查詢旅遊資料。

I briefly talked about visiting in Sintra in last Saturday's language and travel talk. Sintra is one of the most popular and visited places in Portugal, and therefore, having more information on the town would certainly make your trip easier and more fun.

There are many trains per day travelling between Lisbon's Rossio Train Station (called 'Estação de Caminhos de Ferro do Rossio' in Portuguese) and Sintra. The journey time of direct trains is usually 40 minutes. Note that there may be fewer direct services on weekends and holidays.

Upon arrival at Sintra Train Station, you shall see the "ask me Sintra" travel information centre where you can ask for a town map and other travel information.

過去連續兩天去了辛特拉遊玩，每天從早到晚上不斷的走路，現在一雙腳疲倦得很 (但仍很回味到過的地方)。之前已經去過辛特拉多次了，但東西好像還是永遠看不完。

Went sightseeing in Sintra in the past two days. Walked all day long from morning to evening. My feet are just so sore now (but still enjoying the time I have had there). I've been to Sintra several times before but I feel like I can always find new things to see there!

今次在辛特拉，發現他們的 "Discover Sintra" 系列小單張，也有簡體字中文版本。不肯定是否之前一直都有，但印象中從未見過。

單張很具資料性，一面是包括辛特拉景區所有重要景點的地圖 (連接駁巴士的行走路線), 另一面則印有兩架行駛於這區間的主要巴士價錢和時刻表 (#434,‪#‎435號巴士‬)，非常實用。這單張可在里斯本市中心部分旅客資訊中心，和辛特拉的巴士資源中心 (在火車站出口對面，旁邊有間中國餐館的)拿得到。

This time in Sintra, I found that they offer their "Discover Sintra" leaflets in Chinese version (simplified Chinese) too. Not sure if they have been available for some time already but I don't seem to have seen any before.

The leaflet is very informative. On one side, it is a map which shows all the major attractions of Sintra, with details of bus routes connecting the train station and the major attractions. On the other side, it shows bus fares and bus time schedules of two main bus routes (#434, #435).

These leaflets are available in certain tourist information centres in Lisbon and also the bus information centre in Sintra (just across the street from the exit of Sintra train station, which is next to a Chinese restaurant).

位於美麗的歷史古鎮 辛特拉 (Sintra), 被聯合國教科文組織列為世界遺產的《雷加萊拉莊園》(Quinta da Regaleira)》, 神奇又神秘, 絕對值得參觀。

Located in the charming historic town of Sintra and has been classified as an UNESCO World Heritage Site,《Quinta da Regaleira》is without doubt one of the most magical and mysterious places in Portugal that worths very much a visit.

絕大部分來辛特拉遊玩的旅客, 都會去 Pena Palace (佩納宮) 和 Palácio Nacional de Sintra (辛特拉宮) 參觀, 因為這兩個皇宮著實名氣最大。不過如果您問我, 我就會說, 必定要來一趟由意大利建築師 Luigi Manini 於19世紀末精心策劃建築的《雷加萊拉莊園》。莊園佔地廣闊, 內裡包括有: 哥德式的雷加萊拉宮，雷加萊拉小禮拜堂，以及一個豪華奇妙的公園，內有湖泊、洞穴、水井，長椅，噴泉和繁多細緻精美的建築與雕刻。

Most travellers to Sintra would visit Palácio Nacional de Pena (Pena Palace) and the Palácio Nacional de Sintra (Sintra National Palace), as these two places are the best known of Sintra. But if you ask me, I would say, be sure to go and visit 《Quinta da Regaleira》. This late-19th century decorative estate ("Quinta" in Portuguese) by Italian architect Luigi Manini consists of a Gothic palace, a chapel, and a luxurious park with lakes, grottoes, wells, benches, fountains, and many exquisite constructions and ornate features.

藏身在林木茂密的深山與峽谷間的辛特拉, 被英國浪漫詩人 拜倫勛爵 (Lord Byron) (1788-1824年) 形容為 「光榮的伊甸園」。 優越的地理環境和清涼的氣候, 長久以來是摩爾貴族 (葡萄牙曾被北非摩爾人所統治)、葡萄牙皇室、富人和藝術家等的避暑勝地。今天大家能進入參觀的多座皇宮、城堡、修道院和漂亮別墅, 就是昔日的皇族和貴族們在城内和山上所蓋的。

辛特拉在1995年被聯合國教科文組織列選為世界文化遺產。

Hidden among the fresh lush hills and valleys, Sintra offers some of the most exquisite natural and architectural sites in the country. It was described by the famous British romantic poet Lord Byron (1788-1824) as "the glorious Eden". With its superb environment and temperate climate, it was for several centuries a summer retreat for the Moorish aristocracy, Portuguese royal family, the rich and many artists. The various marvellous royal palaces, castles, monastery and charming mansions that we can enter and visit today were constructed by the Moors, former Portuguese royal family and nobles.

Sintra was awarded UNESCO World Heritage status in 1995.
