過去連續兩天去了辛特拉遊玩，每天從早到晚上不斷的走路，現在一雙腳疲倦得很 (但仍很回味到過的地方)。之前已經去過辛特拉多次了，但東西好像還是永遠看不完。

Went sightseeing in Sintra in the past two days. Walked all day long from morning to evening. My feet are just so sore now (but still enjoying the time I have had there). I've been to Sintra several times before but I feel like I can always find new things to see there!

今次在辛特拉，發現他們的 "Discover Sintra" 系列小單張，也有簡體字中文版本。不肯定是否之前一直都有，但印象中從未見過。

單張很具資料性，一面是包括辛特拉景區所有重要景點的地圖 (連接駁巴士的行走路線), 另一面則印有兩架行駛於這區間的主要巴士價錢和時刻表 (#434,‪#‎435號巴士‬)，非常實用。這單張可在里斯本市中心部分旅客資訊中心，和辛特拉的巴士資源中心 (在火車站出口對面，旁邊有間中國餐館的)拿得到。

This time in Sintra, I found that they offer their "Discover Sintra" leaflets in Chinese version (simplified Chinese) too. Not sure if they have been available for some time already but I don't seem to have seen any before.

The leaflet is very informative. On one side, it is a map which shows all the major attractions of Sintra, with details of bus routes connecting the train station and the major attractions. On the other side, it shows bus fares and bus time schedules of two main bus routes (#434, #435).

These leaflets are available in certain tourist information centres in Lisbon and also the bus information centre in Sintra (just across the street from the exit of Sintra train station, which is next to a Chinese restaurant).

購物絕對可以令人痴迷, 雖然全國各地店舖都在進行夏季大減價中, 今天我還是專程來到里斯本近郊的 Freeport outlet mall, "參觀一下" (嘻嘻)!

這個 outlet mall 設計得有點像渡假村, 店舖都算頗多, 不過不算很齊全, 所以如果您十分喜歡購物, 我覺得大家還是要去里斯本市中心的其他數個大購物商場 (例如 Centro Colombo)。

反而, 我想說, 我非常喜歡從 Oriente 來往 outlet mall 的那段車路, 車子會經 Vasco da Gama大橋 (全歐洲最長的橋), 橋橫越 特茹河 (Rio Tejo), 風景極之優美。

Shopping is an absolutely fascinating thing to do! There is the big summer sale going on in shops all over the country, but still, I made a trip today to Freeport Outlet Mall in the outskirts of Lisbon.

The outlet mall is designed to make you feel like you're being in a holiday resort. There are quite many outlet shops there, but not complete, so if you are a real shopaholic, I think you still would want to shop in the other major shopping malls in Lisbon (such as Centro Colombo).

I indeed want to say that I really like the bus trip between Oriente bus station and the outlet mall. The bus crosses River Tejo on the Vasco da Gama Bridge (the longest in Europe). The views are stunning.

1) 到市中心 Praça Marquês de Pombal (Marquês de Pombal 廣場) 外乘搭 Freeport Outlet Shuttle Bus (來回 10歐元); 或

2) 到 Gare do Oriente (Oriente metro station/ Oriente 地鐵站) 外的巴士總站乘搭 #431/432/437 號巴士, 可到達 outlet mall 門外。

1) Take the Freeport Outlet Shuttle Bus (10 euros round trip) from Praça Marquês de Pombal (Marquês de Pombal Square); or
2) Take bus #431/432/437 at Gare do Oriente (outside Oriente metro station). It stops outside the main entrance of the outlet mall.

很多人都知道法國人喜吃蝸牛, 其實, 葡萄牙人也很愛吃蝸牛的! 蝸牛更是葡萄牙其中一款最流行的小食, 特別在夏天, 會看到不少食店, 門外放有一個牌, 或櫥窗上會貼上一張紙, 寫著: Hà Caracóis (這裡有蝸牛), 即這間店有蝸牛吃。

有些店賣的蝸牛, 有分 "travessa", 價錢高一點, 因較大份量; 或 "prato", 小盤一點的蝸牛。吃蝸牛最好味道就是一邊吃一邊喝冰凍啤酒 (本地啤酒大品牌有Superbock 和 Sagres)! smile emoticon

Many people know that the French people eat snails. Indeed, Portuguese people also eat snails, and snails are even one of this nation's favourites! In especially the summertime, you will see signs go up outside restaurants and bars here saying "Hà Caracóis" (There are snails), meaning snails are available in that restaurant or bar.

Some eateries serve snails in "travessa" (in a larger dish) and prices are a little higher. Or, they are served in "prato" - a smaller plate of heaping snails. The top choice of drink to go with caracóis is a bottle/glass of cold beer (local beer brands are Superbock or Sagres).

這間開在El Corte Ingles 百貨公司裡的糕點店的蛋糕看來很吸引，買了一件吃，味道不錯，是南瓜蓉做餡的。

This pastelaria at the El Corte Ingles Department Store sells beautifully made cakes and pastries. The one I have had just now has got mashed pumpkin as fillings. Pretty tasty.

很久沒有玩這個遊戲了! 我看, 這趟要找的亮點, 應該是易如反掌吧。:-)

Haven't played this game with you all for quite some time. I guess, it's too easy to find out what the bright spot is in all the three photos. smile emoticon

這架火車是來往里斯本的 Cais do Sodré 和 Cascais (著名和很受歡迎的海灘小鎮), 估不到遠在葡萄牙都看到他們的宣傳, 多厲害, 因此忍不住一定要拍照。 廣告的照片跟色彩很奪目, 我在老遠就已看得到。:-)

This train goes between Cais do Sodré, Lisbon and Cascais (a popular coastal town in the suburb of Lisbon, famous for its sandy beaches). Incredible that "they" promote in as far as Portugal. I can't help but take some pictures immediately. Both the photos and colours used in this train ad are very eye-catching and I could spot it from far away.
