Some little advice: Although it's approaching the end of August, the peak travel season, it can still sometimes be hard to grab a table at this famous Confeitaria - the place which invented the Portuguese egg tarts. Stay patient, queue up for a table, sit down and then wait for the waiter/waitress to come to clear the table and serve you (don't chase them up as they are already so busy serving customers all day long). After having your wonderfully tasted Portuguese egg tarts, ask for the bill with the same waiter/waitress who served you before. Leave some tip for his/her hard work. :-)
